I get this question often and I suppose it’s just a matter of understanding that you are not hired by Sqrft. We simply make the recommendation that you might be successful working with such and such a company. Each company then offers whatever benefits they have in place.
Something that is sometimes overlooked is the precise date that your probation period starts so that you can get those benefits. If benefits are important to you then it’s a conversation that you might want to have before you accept the position.
