Secretary / Administrative Assistant for Electrical Construction Company
We are hiring for an Office Administrative Assistant.
The job: Make sure that everyone in the office has everything they need to ensure that they can do their jobs properly. You would be “the support staff” and if you’ve done your job well, the most valued person in the room.
- Telephones
- Data entry
- Spreadsheets
- Everything human resource related: handbooks, policies, evaluations, safety meetings, etc
- Things real estate related: tenants inquires, leases, rents, etc.
- Be responsible for everything in the office: Order supplies, delegate cleanliness and organization, run the vacuum if that happens to be needed. Make coffee.

In 1995 I started my Electrical Construction company. Today we do the electric for projects such as the $10.5M White Building for Kissling Development, 1 Delaware Road for Ellicott Development, and Salvatore’s Garden Place Hotel.
