We provide customized hoses, fittings, valves, and specialty solutions to clients across many industries including oil and gas.
Our manufacturing and distribution company is hiring for an Entry Level Inspector.
To know what our inspector does, it helps to know what you’d be inspecting. As an example: one of our clients might be assembling a particular generator or pumping station in Antarctica. They give us a very specific list of materials. They may provide drawings. They will likely give us a specification and perhaps a list of local or federal regulations that apply to this particular product.
Our job is to pull from our inventory and raw product to either manufacture or assemble whatever is on that particular order. Rarely are we doing mass production. Our niche is specialty, custom and expeditious turnaround.
Your job as an inspector would be to ensure that everything about the order is absolutely perfect before it goes out. The quantities, the regulations, the measurements—everything about the order needs to be accurate. Not to worry, we’ll teach you what you need to know to be successful.
We try to be paperless, so consequently there is a lot of computer work. You should be comfortable with technology, the Adobe Suite and especially Microsoft Excel.
We offer health insurance and 401k plan.
Family and community are important to us. We’ve contributed many hours of service to Habitat for Humanities, along with a long list of other charity organizations. We hope that you’ll share our values.
