Needed is an Executive Assistant & Office Administrator to work with our team to grow our organization.
I have two companies. One is a former remodeling company turned real estate holding company. The other is an employment agency for construction. I split my time between the two. I need an assistant to help me with the administration of both companies.
For both companies:
- Bookkeeping—payables, receivables, taxes, credit, rents, etc
- Insurance, banking, utilities, taxes, etc
For the real estate:
- My tenants are a mix of residential, commercial, parking spaces, and garages. Collect rents, advertise, show, lease, manage phone calls, etc
- Administrative support for remodeling projects and tenant turn-overs
For the employment agency
- Support the recruiting staff with data entry, employee onboarding, reference checks, occasional interviews, new client credit.
I do not expect someone to be able to walk into the job knowing how to do all of these things. We will train the right person.
The successful candidate will:
- Be a proven manager, be very detailed in nature, and have an amiable disposition.
- Will have hired and fired
- Be able to type 50 wpm with 80% accuracy.
